Another listener out there


"Thanks to the website of Washington Musica Viva, I've heard two performances by the Broken Reed Saxophone Quartet, both recorded live: Alex Wilder's Quartet and Mozart's Quintet for Piano and Winds, WMV director Carl Banner at the keyboard. Wilder's quartet is amusing. The Mozart performance isn't a staid affair; the Broken Reed players aren't afraid to make a sax sound like a sax." from "The Historian" on a recent google groups classical music posting.
